Avalaire Luxury Living Community Honored With Three MAME Awards
RALEIGH, N.C. April XX, 2017 – Avalaire, North Raleigh’s premier destination for luxury living, was recognized by the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council with three Major Achievements in Marketing and Excellence (MAME) awards during a ceremony on Thursday, April 20 at the Raleigh Convention Center. As a community, Avalaire won three awards, including Best Special Promotion, Best Print, Direct Mail Piece or Newsletter and Best of the Best Marketing.
The Best Special Promotion award went to the team at Avalaire for the pre-sale and grand opening event and General Broker and Promotional event. The Best Direct Mail Piece award recognized the team’s work on a cutting board that was delivered to approximately 150 agents. In addition, the team at Avalaire received the Best of the Best Marketing Award for their overall work on establishing the thriving community.
Formed by the Home Builders Associations of Raleigh-Wake County and Durham, Orange & Chatham Counties, the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council provides a forum for the exchange of ideas with local, regional and national experts in the sale and marketing of new homes. The council also recognizes members’ professional achievements in sales and marketing excellence through a variety of awards programs, including the MAME awards, which are presented annually throughout the industry and the Triangle area. Now in its 30th year, the prestigious awards ceremony has established itself as the Academy Awards of new homes sales and marketing.
