“We are excited to have Rex Bost Custom Homes building the sales center,” said Pablo Reiter, CEO of Terramor Homes.” Rex Bost is a well-respected luxury builder in this marketplace, as is our entire builder team. His approximate $2.3 million plan for our Avaliare Sales Center is gorgeous and will be a wonderful focal point in the community.”

“Avalaire’s Discovery Event has been circled on our calendar for months and we were floored by the turnout of luxury realtors,” said Mark MacDonald, CEO & Founder of Arcadia Real Estate Advisors.“ “Even with Hurricane Matthew’s weather conditions, the event went off without a hitch and Avalaire already has 11 sales. This is a true testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team, and I cannot wait to see how we continue to grow.”
